A recent analysis by Vincentric found that these fuel price incentives may be worth significantly less than they appear after all ownership costs are considered. For instance, when buyers select the discounted fuel option for Chrysler's Let's Refuel America Program, they give up cash rebate dollars, and end up paying more for the vehicle.
