Lightning McQueen, Sally Carrera, and Mater the tow truck are heading off to Europe this week for a summer tour that includes stops in the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and more. But before they go, the Cars are getting a little TLC from master Hollywood car customizer Eddie Paul.
